Engidaw Abriham Ebabu is an accomplished Ethiopian scholar with a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Public Policy and Public Administration. He is an Assistant Professor of Management with over eight years of teaching and research experience at a public university. Currently, he is serving as a postdoctoral researcher focusing on cross-border e-commerce between China and Africa at the Shenzhen Research Institute, University of International Business and Economics, China. Dr. Abriham has contributed to his field with over 14 publications in prestigious international journals, including Group & Organization Management, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, SAGE Open, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Sustainable Development and others. His diverse research interests span cross-border e-commerce, digital governance, BRI, e-commerce payment systems, AI in business, management, marketing, digitalization, public administration, leadership, and human resource management, reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge across multiple disciplines.

主讲人：埃塞俄比亚学者恩吉达·阿布里汉姆·埃巴布博士（Engidaw Abriham Ebabu)。Ebabu博士是管理学领域专家，拥有公共政策与公共管理学博士学位。现任中国对外经济贸易大学深圳研究院博士后研究员，同时担任埃塞俄比亚公立大学管理学助理教授，具有八年以上教学科研经验。其学术成果丰硕，已在《群体与组织管理》（Group & Organization Management）、《知识管理研究与实践》（Knowledge Management Research & Practice）、《SAGE开放期刊》、《技术分析与战略管理》等14篇国际权威期刊发表论文，研究领域涵盖五大前沿维度：
