This public lecture provides a structured and comprehensive guide to developing a high-quality research proposal for Master's and PhD-level studies. The session will clarify the expectations of academic review committees and outline the essential components of a strong proposal, including problem framing, research questions, theoretical grounding, and methodological design. Special emphasis will be placed on achieving logical coherence to enhance clarity, persuasiveness, and academic rigor.

主讲人简介 Speaker Profile

Engidaw Abriham Ebabu博士现任埃塞俄比亚Woldia大学管理系助理教授，具有八年以上教学与研究经验。目前于对外经济贸易大学深圳研究院从事博士后研究，聚焦中非跨境电商与数字贸易。已在包括Group & Organization Management、Sustainable Development等多个国际知名期刊发表论文16余篇。

Dr. Engidaw Abriham Ebabu is an Assistant Professor of Management at Woldia University, Ethiopia, with over eight years of experience in teaching and research. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at UIBE's Shenzhen Research Institute, focusing on China-Africa cross-border e-commerce and digital trade. He has published more than 16 peer-reviewed articles in renowned international journals such asGroup & Organization Management,Knowledge Management Research & Practice, andSustainable Development.
