江汉臣，1992年生，男，汉族，中共党员。对外经济贸易大学政府管理学院副教授。2013年获清华大学水利水电工程专业学士学位，2019年获清华大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位。清华大学公共管理学院博士后，美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校访问学者。研究领域为数字治理、政民互动、计算社会科学。在Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration, Governance, Public Management Review, Information Systems Research，公共行政评论等国内外期刊发表论文三十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项，中国博士后科学基金课题1项，参与自然科学基金课题2项。入选清华大学“水木学者”博士后计划，获清华大学优秀博士学位论文。
