Student Union of School of Public Administration: The Commemorative series activities for “12.9” campaign undertaken by School of Public Administration(SPA)’s Youth League, hosted by Youth League Committee of UIBE was presented in December. To show the learning outcomes of Spirit of 18th Communist Party of China National Congress and review the patriotic spirit inheritted from “12.9” campaign, Youth League of SPA organized the themed board design competition.

The themed board design competition officially started at 20:30 on December 4th. Participants include chairs from Student Unions from all schools and organizers from each school. As judges, chairs of each school’s Student Union partook in the scoring part.

First of all, host Yan Wang introduced the background and score rules of the event. Then Wang showed everyone around the themed board, while elaborating the content and connotation of each board. Meanwhile, judges were grading based on the detailed rules on their scoring sheets. Every one wrote down the score after discreetly checking every details. Eventually, after the speech given by host, all the sheets were collected to be compiled.

The results will be added together with scores of presentation at the venue of the chant competition on December 3th.The first place will get awarded with “the Best Board Designing Award”

Inheriting the spirit of “12.9”campaign, this themed board design competition covered a wide range of participants from every school. The well organized process gained great comments from participants. In the future, we will pay more attention on details and assure every event a big success.
