On December 29(Sunday), 2013, Professor Song Yantao, Director of the Department of Public Administration of School of Public Administration, attended 2013 Beijing Academic Annual Conference on Political Science and Science of Public Administration, which was hosted by Beijing Society of Political Science and Science of Public Administration and Beijing Society of Scientific Socialism and organized by the Department of Political Science of Chinese Academy of Governance. The major topic of this annual conference was “Transforming Governmental Functions and construction of Service-oriented Government”. The thesis entitled “A Research on the Innovation of Governmental Administration Model under the Background of Broader Fictitious Economy: take the reasons why public enterprises are privately operated as an analytic perspective was read off.
