为了保证和提高学位论文写作质量，研究生在正式进行学位论文写作之前，须在导师的指导下，进行学位论文选题和开题，完成学位论文开题报告。根据《对外经济贸易大学研究生学位论文开题评审管理办法（2020年修订）》，现开展2026年上半年研究生开题报告评议审核工作，具体要求如下：

To ensure and enhance the quality of thesis writing, graduate students must complete the thesis topic selection and proposal process under the guidance of their advisors before formally commencing thesis writing, and submit a thesis proposal report. In accordance with the “UIBE Graduate Thesis Proposal Review Management Measures (2020 Revision),” the review and evaluation of thesis proposal reports for the first half of 2026 are now underway. Specific requirements are as follows:

一、适用对象

I. Eligible Candidates

通过本次开题评审的博士生（含留学生），最早可于2027年上半年申请答辩。

Doctoral candidates (including international students) who pass this thesis proposal review may apply for their defense as early as the first half of 2027.

Submit transcripts to the college's public email address by May 10, 2026.

2. 2026年5月11日在系统上提交开题申请

Submit the thesis proposal application on the system by May 11, 2026.

3. 拟于2026年5月29日进行开题答辩。

The thesis proposal defense is tentatively scheduled for May 29, 2026.

学生本人在研究生综合管理系统中完成并通过“学位申请与学风基础知识测评”后，予以开题。进入方式如图：

Students must complete and pass the “Degree Application and Academic Integrity Assessment” within the Graduate Student Integrated Management System before their thesis proposal can be approved. Access instructions are shown in the figure below:

Please note: Completing and passing the “Degree Application and Academic Integrity Assessment” is a prerequisite for submitting your thesis proposal application and proposal. If you have not yet completed this assessment, you will be unable to apply for your thesis proposal at this time.

博士开题报告包括：①封面、②博士学位论文选题提纲及开题报告审核表、③导师对开题报告的指导意见和④正文（附件1-3）。

The doctoral thesis proposal includes: ① Cover page, ② Outline of Doctoral Dissertation Topic and Thesis Proposal Review Form, ③ Supervisor's Guidance on the Thesis Proposal, and ④ Main Text (Appendix 1-3).

博士另须撰写一篇完整的文献综述，字数应不低于2万字，参考文献一般不少于60篇，格式可参照《研究生学位论文写作规范》（附件4）。

Doctoral candidates must additionally prepare a comprehensive literature review of no fewer than 20,000 words, citing at least 60 references. The format should adhere to the Guidelines for Writing Graduate Theses（Appendix 4）.

1.学院

开题报告提交和评议审核工作由学院统一组织，博士开题评审只能以开题报告会的形式进行，并就开题报告书和文献综述进行答辩，二者均通过，方视为开题通过。

开题报告会的时间将在开题答辩前1周在系统上公布，结果由开题答辩委员会在答辩现场公布。

学院将在开题答辩完成后一周内完成研究生综合管理系统中审核和结果登录。开题结果审核不通过或未审核的学生，将无法提交学位申请。

1. School

The submission and review of thesis proposal reports shall be uniformly organized by the School. Doctoral thesis proposal reviews must be conducted exclusively through proposal defense meetings, where candidates defend both their thesis proposal and literature review. Only upon passing both components will the proposal be deemed approved.The results will be announced on-site by the thesis proposal defense committee.

The schedule for the thesis proposal presentation will be announced in the system one week prior to the defense. Results will be announced on-site by the thesis proposal defense committee.

The school will complete the review and result entry in the graduate management system within one week after the defense. Students whose thesis proposals are not approved or remain unreviewed will be unable to submit their degree application.

2.学生

根据学院工作安排，经导师同意后，学生本人应在研究生综合管理系统中的“论文开题”模块提交开题报告，将开题报告、文献综述两份材料合并到一个word文件（开题报告在前，文献综述在后），上传电子版。提交截止时间为2026年5月11日24：00。

请密切关注学院通知，按照学院要求提供开题报告、文献综述等材料，及时参加开题报告会。

开题结果不通过或未审核者，不能提交学位申请。开题结果在系统中的查看方式如下：

In accordance with the school's work arrangements and with the approval of their advisor, students must submit their thesis proposal report through the “Thesis Proposal” module in the Graduate Student Integrated Management System. Both the proposal report and literature review should be combined into a single Word document (with the proposal report preceding the literature review) and uploaded electronically. The submission deadline is 24:00 on May 11, 2026.

Please closely monitor school notifications, submit required materials such as the proposal and literature review as specified, and attend the proposal defense meeting promptly.

Students whose proposals are rejected or remain unreviewed will not be eligible to submit their degree application. The results of the thesis proposal review can be viewed in the system as follows:

五、开题结果及处理

V. Results of the Proposal Review and Disposition

1.开题报告评议审核结果分为通过和不通过两种。

2.开题是否通过，以研究生综合管理系统中学院评审“开题结果”为准，开题未完成、未审核、未通过者，均不予办理学位答辩申请手续。

3.研究生开题评审结束后，选题原则上不再变动。未经申请私自更改选题或更改主要内容者，不予进行答辩资格的审查。

4.未经开题或开题不通过者、或虽已提交开题报告但其内容与学位论文写作内容不符者，均不予办理论文答辩。

1. The review results for thesis proposal evaluations are categorized as either approved or not approved.

2. The approval status of a thesis proposal is determined by the “Proposal Result” recorded in the Graduate Comprehensive Management System under the school's review. Proposals that are incomplete, unreviewed, or not approved will not be processed for degree defense applications.

3. After the thesis proposal review, the research topic shall not be altered in principle. Students who change their topic or modify its core content without prior approval will not be eligible for thesis defense qualification review.

4. Students who have not completed their thesis proposal review, whose proposal was rejected, or whose submitted proposal content does not align with their thesis writing will not be permitted to proceed with their thesis defense.

2. Regular Doctoral Student Progress Reports

After passing the thesis proposal defense, doctoral candidates must regularly report their dissertation progress and research activities to their supervisors. Detailed records of these reports and the dissertation writing process must be maintained, covering at least the period from the proposal defense date to the pre-defense application date, with a minimum frequency of once per month. These progress reports constitute a prerequisite for applying for the pre-defense.
