为进一步加强学位授予过程管理，提高博士学位论文写作质量，督促博士研究生尽早确定选题方向，我校组织开展一年级博士学位论文选题备案工作，现将2026年具体工作安排通知如下：

To further strengthen the management of the degree conferral process, enhance the quality of doctoral dissertation writing, and encourage doctoral candidates to determine their research topics at an early stage, our university is organizing the filing of first-year doctoral dissertation topics. The specific arrangements for 2026 are hereby notified as follows:

一、适用对象

2025年入学的在籍博士研究生

I. Applicable Individuals

Enrolled doctoral students entering in 2025

二、时间安排

在入学第二学期，博士研究生应根据学科专业要求，结合自身研究兴趣和研究所长，在导师指导下，完成博士学位论文初步选题，在学期结束前填写《博士学位论文选题报告单》。学院统一收齐本院《博士学位论文选题报告单》，逐一确认导师签字同意后，自行留存备案。

2026年6月15日16：00前将《博士学位论文选题报告单》纸质版提交给学院教务秘书。

II. Schedule

During the second semester of enrollment, doctoral candidates shall complete the preliminary selection of their dissertation topic under the guidance of their advisor, based on the requirements of their discipline, their research interests, and the director of the research institute. The “Doctoral Dissertation Topic Selection Report Form” must be completed before the end of the semester. The school will collect all submitted forms, verify each advisor's signature of approval, and retain them for record-keeping.

Submit the hard copy of the Doctoral Dissertation Topic Selection Report to the academic affairs secretary of the school by 4:00 PM on June 15, 2026.

三、相关说明

开展选题备案工作的目的，旨在督促博士研究生尽早确定选题方向，阅读相关文献，规划研究路径，为开题和学位论文写作奠定良好的基础。正式开题前，如发现选题不当、难以驾驭的，准予更改，但必须取得导师同意，并向学院报备。

III. Relevant Notes

The purpose of implementing topic filing is to encourage doctoral candidates to determine their research direction early, review relevant literature, and plan their research path, thereby laying a solid foundation for their thesis proposal and dissertation writing. Prior to the formal proposal defense, if a candidate finds their topic inappropriate or difficult to manage, they may change it with the approval of their advisor and by filing the change with the school.
