2026年下半年研究生答辩即将启动，学位论文交存出现新变化，现就有关事项通知如下：
The 2026 autumn graduate thesis defence is about to begin, and there are new changes in thesis submission. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、系统查阅
论文评阅结果、学院答辩安排和答辩结果会在“研究生综合管理信息系统”http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do更新，请在答辩前一周内查看。
I. System Review
Thesis review results, school defence arrangements, and defense results will be updated in the "Graduate Comprehensive Management Information System" at http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do. Please check within one week before the defence.
二、答辩及论文修改
（一）答辩安排
2026年下半年答辩时间安排在11月5日上午，具体时间请查看研究生综合管理系统中的答辩公告。
答辩前，学位申请人应根据《对外经济贸易大学在学位论文和毕业论文（设计）中规范使用人工智能技术的指导意见（试行）》提交《人工智能技术使用声明》。学位申请人还应提交《博士/硕士学位论文答辩导师意见书》，学位论文经导师审查同意后，方能参加答辩。此外，双盲送审的学位申请人应等待评阅结果，通过后才能参加答辩。
（二）答辩材料
双盲结果通过后，研究生院学位办组织发放博士答辩材料，并由学院统一组织填写与提交时间。
（三）答辩要求
答辩人应到现场答辩，使用PPT，完整介绍学位论文基本情况，制作好的PPT应在答辩前一天提交给答辩秘书。
学位论文在答辩前将送答辩委员会组成人员审阅，评阅意见是答辩评议的重要参考材料。
在双盲评审中被预警的博士生，应在答辩现场向答辩委员会陈述学位论文修改情况。
（四）答辩后学位论文修改
答辩委员会认为学位论文虽能通过答辩，但在学位审议前应做必要修改的，答辩人应完成“学位论文答辩后修改”环节，详见关于进一步推进研究生学位论文答辩后修改工作的通知。
答辩虽通过但答辩平均成绩不足70分的，或答辩委员会认为论文应做重大修改的，进入答辩后修改鉴定程序。对于鉴定不合格的论文，将在学位评定分委员会上通报审查。
进入答辩后修改鉴定程序的学位申请人，应填写归档《研究生学位论文答辩后修改鉴定表》，答辩材料袋中《研究生学位论文答辩后修改反馈情况表》作废。
未进入鉴定程序的学位申请人，在答辩后学位论文修改后，填写归档答辩材料袋中的《研究生学位论文答辩后修改反馈情况表》。
II. Defense and Thesis Revision
(1) Defense Arrangement
The 2026 autumn defense is scheduled for the morning of November 5. Please check the defense announcement in the Graduate Comprehensive Management System for the specific time.
Before the defense, applicants shall submit the Declaration on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on the Standardized Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Degree Theses and Graduation Theses (Designs) of the University of International Business and Economics (Trial).

Applicants shall also submit the Supervisor's Opinion Form for Doctoral/Master's Thesis Defense.

The thesis may only proceed to defense after review and approval by the supervisor. In addition, applicants subject to double-blind review shall wait for the review results and may only participate in the defense after passing.
(2) Defense Materials
After passing the double-blind review, the Degree Office of the Graduate School will organize the distribution of doctoral defense materials, and the school will uniformly organize the completion and submission schedule.
(3) Defense Requirements
Defendants shall attend the defense in person, use PPT, and provide a complete introduction to the basic information of the thesis. The completed PPT shall be submitted to the defense secretary one day before the defense.
The thesis will be sent to the defense committee members for review before the defense. Review comments are important reference materials for defense evaluation.
Doctoral students flagged in the double-blind review shall report thesis revisions to the defense committee at the defense.
(4) Thesis Revision After Defense
If the defense committee considers that the thesis can pass the defense but requires necessary revisions before the degree review, the defendant shall complete the "revision after thesis defense" process. Please refer to the notice on further promoting revisions after graduate thesis defense.

If the defense is passed but the average defense score is below 70, or if the defense committee considers that the thesis requires major revision, the post-defense revision appraisal procedure shall apply. Theses that fail the appraisal will be reported to the school degree evaluation sub-committee for review.
Applicants entering the post-defense revision appraisal procedure shall complete and file the Post-Defense Revision Appraisal Form for Graduate Theses. The Post-Defense Revision Feedback Form for Graduate Theses in the defense materials package shall be void.

Applicants not entering the appraisal procedure shall, after revising the thesis following the defense, complete and file the Post-Defense Revision Feedback Form for Graduate Theses in the defense materials package.
三、格式规范性检测
学位申请人在答辩结束后、提交学位论文定稿之前，应完成学位论文格式规范性检测，具体检测时间由学院自行安排，详见关于开展研究生学位论文格式规范性检测的通知。
检测结果将作为学位论文形式审查重要依据，请认真对待检测结果，确保论文写作规范性。学位论文格式规范性检测以差错率低于万分之三为合格标准，对于最终检测不合格的学位论文，学院学位评定分委员会将重点审查。
III. Format Compliance Check
After the defense and before submitting the final thesis, applicants shall complete the thesis format compliance check. The specific check schedule shall be arranged by the school. Please refer to the notice on conducting the format compliance check for graduate theses.

The check results will serve as an important basis for the formal review of the thesis. Please take the results seriously and ensure the standardization of thesis writing. The passing standard for the format compliance check is an error rate below 0.03%. Theses that ultimately fail the check will be subject to focused review by the school degree evaluation sub-committee.
四、学位评定分委员会
对于“双盲评审受到质量预警”“答辩非全票通过”“答辩后修改鉴定”“往年两证分离”“分委员会二次审议”五种情况的博士论文，学位申请人应在学院学位评定分委员会上到场陈述或提交详细修改说明。
对于答辩后修改鉴定不合格的论文，学位评定分委员会将单独审议。
IV. School Degree Evaluation Sub-Committee
For doctoral theses in the following five situations—"quality warning in double-blind review," "defense not passed unanimously," "post-defense revision appraisal," "separation of the two certificates in previous years," and "second deliberation by the sub-committee"—applicants shall attend the school degree evaluation sub-committee meeting to present or submit a detailed revision statement.
Theses that fail the post-defense revision appraisal will be deliberated separately by the school degree evaluation sub-committee.
五、学位论文定稿提交
（一）论文打印装订
学位论文经导师同意定稿后，可以进行打印与装订。如有对论文封面颜色、写作格式不明确之处，可点击查看《研究生学位论文写作规范》。留学生论文定稿封面的题目英文大写，学生个人信息应与国际学院上报学信网的学位信息完全一致，包括中英文、大小写等，与学信网上不符的不予接收。
（二）论文提交
纸质版定稿：答辩结束或答辩修改鉴定后一周内，博士学位申请人应向学院提交1份学位论文定稿纸质版。提交时应保证论文封皮颜色、内容格式符合《研究生学位论文写作规范》，导师和学生本人签字情况完备，不合格的论文不予接收。
电子版定稿：学位申请人应上传至“研究生综合管理信息系统”（见图示）。定稿上传功能将于11月开放。点击“修改”按钮后才可上传。定稿截止上传时间为11月25日。
电子版定稿提交PDF文档，全文，无须匿名，封面请勿使用打印版彩页。上传论文应以“学号_姓名_定稿”命名，如“20230000001_张三_定稿”。
（三）学位论文交存和抽检
学位授予后，电子版定稿将按照上级要求，上报全国博士硕士学位论文（实践成果）管理平台、交存有关图书馆，并直接接受教育部学位论文抽检。
学位申请人应确保电子版定稿为学位论文最终版，论文内容和签名信息完整无误，不得出现上传文本错误、内容不完整、图表不显示、论文乱码、扫描变形、无关水印或标记、擅自加密等问题，并在学位信息采集时务必确保填报论文题目与上传的定稿封面题目完全一致。
请认真核对并规范提交个人学位论文的全部材料，确保信息真实准确，以保障论文得到客观公正的评审。
V. Submission of Final Thesis
(1) Printing and Binding
After the thesis is finalized with the supervisor's approval, it may be printed and bound. If you are unsure about the cover color or writing format, please click to view the Writing Specifications for Graduate Theses.

For international student theses, the English title on the final cover shall be in uppercase, and the student's personal information shall be completely consistent with the degree information reported by the International School to CHSI, including Chinese and English text and capitalization. Theses inconsistent with CHSI information will not be accepted.
（2）Paper final version: Within one week after the defense or post-defense revision appraisal, doctoral applicants shall submit one paper copy of the final thesis to the school. The cover color and content format shall conform to the Writing Specifications for Graduate Theses, and the signatures of the supervisor and the student shall be complete. Non-compliant theses will not be accepted.
Electronic final version: Applicants shall upload it to the "Graduate Comprehensive Management Information System" (see figure). The final version upload function will open in November. Upload is only possible after clicking the "Modify" button. The deadline for uploading the final version is November 25.
The electronic final version shall be submitted as a PDF document, full text, without anonymization. Do not use printed color pages for the cover. The uploaded thesis shall be named "Student ID_Name_Final Version," e.g., "20230000001_San_Final Version."
(3) Thesis Deposit and Sampling Inspection
After the degree is conferred, the electronic final version will be reported to the National Doctorate and Master's Degree Thesis (Practice Results) Management Platform and deposited in relevant libraries in accordance with higher-level requirements, and will directly undergo Ministry of Education thesis sampling inspection.
Applicants shall ensure that the electronic final version is the final version of the thesis, with complete and accurate content and signature information. There shall be no uploaded text errors, incomplete content, missing figures or tables, garbled text, scanning distortion, irrelevant watermarks or marks, or unauthorized encryption. When collecting degree information, applicants must ensure that the thesis title filled in is completely consistent with the title on the uploaded final cover.
Please carefully check and properly submit all personal thesis materials to ensure that the information is true and accurate, so that the thesis can receive an objective and fair review.
六、相似性终检
12月上旬，学校将对学位论文定稿集中进行相似性终检，若提交文本错误，可能导致检测不通过。
相似性终检为答辩后检测，合格标准及不合格处理详见《对外经济贸易大学学位论文学术不端行为检测及处理办法》第九条、第十条。
VI. Final Similarity Check
In early December, the university will conduct a centralized final similarity check on final theses. Incorrect submitted text may cause the check to fail.
The final similarity check is a post-defense check. The passing standards and handling of failures are detailed in Articles 9 and 10 of the Measures for the Detection and Handling of Academic Misconduct in Degree Theses of the University of International Business and Economics.

七、重点学科论文审议
对于“双盲评审受到质量预警”“答辩时非全票通过”“答辩后重大修改”“往届双证分离”“分委员会二次审议”五种情况的应用经济学学科博士学位论文，经济学部论文质量督导专家组将于12月中上旬进行重点审议。专家组认为需做重大修改的论文，将提请校学位评定委员会决定是否暂缓学位授予。
VII. Review of Theses in Key Disciplines
For doctoral theses in applied economics in the following five situations—"quality warning in double-blind review," "defense not passed unanimously," "major revision after defense," "separation of the two certificates in previous years," and "second deliberation by the sub-committee"—the Paper Quality Supervision Expert Group of the Economics Division will conduct a focused review in mid-to-early December. Theses that the expert group considers requiring major revision will be referred to the university degree evaluation committee to decide whether degree conferral should be postponed.
