根据对外经济贸易大学研究生学院要求，现将2026年秋季学期博士预答辩工作安排如下：
According to the requirements of the Graduate School of the University of International Business and Economics, the arrangements for doctoral pre-defense in Fall 2026 are as follows:
一、时间安排
计划在2026年11月26日预答辩。本学期通过预答辩的博士生，最早可于2027年上半年申请答辩。
I. Schedule
The pre-defense is scheduled for November 26, 2026. Doctoral students who pass the pre-defense this semester may apply for the formal defense as early as the first half of 2027.
二、博士申请预答辩应具备以下条件
1.完成培养方案规定的课程等培养环节，取得相应学分；
2.通过博士学位论文开题评审，完成学位论文写作，字数达到9万字（中文标准）以上；
3.博士学位论文经指导教师审阅通过，同意推荐参加预答辩。
II. Requirements for Doctoral Students Applying for Pre-Defense
Completed the courses and other training components required by the training program and obtained the corresponding credits;
Passed the doctoral dissertation proposal review, completed the dissertation, and reached at least 90,000 (Chinese Standard) characters;
The dissertation has been reviewed and approved by the supervisor, who agrees to recommend the student for pre-defense.
三、组织和管理
1.由学院在预答辩前7天在研究生综合管理系统上发布公告。
2.2026年10月30日前，在研究生综合管理系统上传《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》与预答辩论文（只保留学生学号，在论文中不得体现导师姓名及其他个人信息），学院将逐一审核，未经导师审核同意的学生，不能参加预答辩。
3.每名博士研究生预答辩时间1小时。指导教师不能参加表决。
III. Organization and Management
The School shall publish the pre-defense announcement on the Graduate Comprehensive Management System 7 days in advance.
By October 30, 2026, upload the Doctoral Dissertation Pre-Defense Application Form and the pre-defense dissertation to the Graduate Comprehensive Management System. Only the student ID should be retained; the supervisor’s name and other personal information must not appear in the dissertation. The School will review each application. Students without supervisor review and approval may not participate in the pre-defense.
Each doctoral pre-defense shall last one hour. Supervisors may not participate in voting.
四、结果及处理
预答辩结果分为通过或不通过。
预答辩通过，申请人可继续完成后续学位申请流程；预答辩不通过，当期不受理该学位申请，申请人应对学位论文进行半年左右的修改，重新申请预答辩。
预答辩情况在正式答辩时将向答辩委员会通报。
IV. Results and Handling
Pre-defense results are Pass or Fail.
If passed, the applicant may continue with the subsequent degree application procedures. If failed, the degree application will not be accepted for the current term; the applicant shall revise the dissertation for about six months and reapply for pre-defense.
The pre-defense results will be reported to the defense committee at the formal defense.
五、系统操作
在“研究生综合管理信息系统”-“预答辩管理”中提交预答辩申请并上传预答辩学位论文和《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》；学院管理员将在11月1日审核预答辩申请、维护预答辩结果。

V. System Operations
In the “Graduate Comprehensive Management Information System” – “Pre-Defense Management,” submit the pre-defense application and upload the pre-defense dissertation and the Doctoral Dissertation Pre-Defense Application Form. The School administrator will review pre-defense applications and maintain pre-defense results on November 1.

六、博士论文学院内审制
为加强博士学位论文质量管理，学院已成立院级论文质量督导组，建立内审制，在预答辩后介入，对本院《博士论文风险自查清单》上的论文提出不少于3条修改建议，并对修改情况进行鉴定，鉴定不通过者，暂缓学位申请。
VI. Established a School Internal Review System for Doctoral Dissertations
To strengthen doctoral dissertation quality management, the School has established a school-level dissertation quality supervision group and an internal review system. It will intervene after the pre-defense, provide no fewer than three revision suggestions for dissertations listed in the School’s Doctoral Dissertation Risk Self-Check List, and assess the revisions. Those who fail the assessment will have their degree applications deferred.
