Recently Beijing Municipal Commission of Education (BMCE) published a list of 2015 Beijing Colleges and Universities Municipal Off-Campus Talent Training Base Project. After college and university declaration, expert evaluation, network publication, BMCE review and other procedures, 50 units got approved. The off-campus talent training base built by our School and Beijing Customs won the funding of project construction.

Customs Management is our professional. The School has always attached great importance to students' professional practice, and kept close contact with Beijing Customs. Every year, we organize and arrange customs management students to go to Beijing customs for professional practice. The accumulated number has exceeded 200. Through practicing at Beijing customs off-campus practice base, the student's professional thinking and skills have been further strengthened and improved, so as their understanding of the customs work, which laid a good foundation for a more comprehensive, solid basic skills and theory of the customs.

In the future, SPA will further perfect the off-campus cooperation mechanism and operation mode of talent training, closely integrating the construction of municipal off-campus talent training base and college talent training practice and innovation, and the comprehensive reform of talent training practice and teaching respectively, so as to improve the quality and characteristics of talent cultivation and produce more "Country Defenders” with comprehensive quality and solid professional knowledge for the country."
