The second session of Beijing MPA University Badminton League was held in Haidian Stadium in the afternoon of December 6th. The competition attracted 18 teams from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Institute of Technology University and other universities. UIBE belongs to the fifth patch of eligible universities allowed recruiting MPA students, and under the leadership of Professor Wu Chengzhong, director of MPA Education Center, our team with12 members of students, professors and administrative staff participated in the game for the first time.

The competition is divided into male and female team competitions, among which there are all together five matches, namely, male first around doubles, male second round doubles, female doubles, mix first round doubles and mix second round doubles. These matches were conducted in group stage and knockout stage. After seven hours of fierce competition, the team on behalf of Ministry of Education won the championship.

In this competition, our players, following the spirit of solidarity, sincere cooperation, and working-hard, reaped a comrade-like friendship and embraced the family-like group, and also our MPA students presented a good spirit.
18 teams
In order to prepare the game, SPA granted great amount of help to rent the training venue, mobilize teachers to join in the game and support the logistic services. By preparing and participating in the game, our MPA students have greatly enriched their spare time and a platform for our students to communicate with their peers from different universities and grades was also established, and our MPA students are highly recognized by the sense of belongings and becoming more proud of their university.
The competition was organized by the National Education Committee of MPA and co-organized by School of Government management in Beijing University.
