EDP, short for Executive Development Programs, is a training program for senior management .
Public management institution EDP holds short-term training programs and on-the-job advanced seminars for middle and high-level administrators from a wide range of companies and public institutions. The center is home to a strong talent pool and a highly efficient management team, consisting of some 40 faculties, and some 10 professors from other brother schools in the center who have accumulated rich case study experience and have profound background for academic theory.
Short-term training program: training plan is tailor-made based on the requirement of trainees with a purpose of “designing course targeted at trainees”, an orientation grounded on trainee’s strategic goal, and an outcome of bringing direct benefit and value for trainees. These programs strive for providing theoretical support for management practices, supporting and boosting operation, management and cultural development, and improving leadership and managerial expertise of middle and high-level administrators. The course content includes but is, by no means, constrained within modules such as finance, strategic decision-making, strategic marketing, operation management, e-commerce, and organizational management.
On-the-job advanced seminars: through on-the-job theoretical course on public management, trainees can return to the educational atmosphere brimming with vitality and make clear of their own work experience and career development orientation in a comprehensive way via well-targeted course study and communication with prominent professors and excellent classmates, so as to grow as inter-disciplinary managerial talents.
Management service：EDP center boasts a professional team with rich experience and well-received training to carry out program operation management.
