News: UIBE won the right to host the 2018 NASPAA-Batten Global Postgraduate Simulation Competition in Asia Division.

The annual meeting of NASPAA (Global Association of public administration schools) 2017 was held in Washington, D.C. in October 14, 2017. It is announced that the School of Public Management of University of International Business and Economics was awarded the right to host the 2018 NASPAA-Batten Global Postgraduate Simulation Competition in Asia Division by The NASPAA official at the meeting .

Established in 1970, NASPAA (Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration) is a global alliance of public management institutions and the most authoritative certification organization in the field of international public management education. It has more than 280 member institutions and has built a strict global management education system for public management since its birth for more than 40 years ago.

The NASPAA-Batten Competition will be heldby the School of Public Administration of University of International Business and Economics in its own campus on March 3, 2018. Asian contestants will gather in our school to compete with others from other famous public management institutions around the world. The participating students will apply the cutting-edged simulation and decision-making tools (software) in the competition to analyze the global major issues: global public health security and epidemic crisis management, and propose solutions. The working language of this competition is English.

The 2018 NASAPA-Batten Student Simulation Competition sponsored by the University has already started registration now. The School of Public Administration will select the strongest team to participate in this competition.
